What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the South East of England. For a small extra charge we may be able to travel further afield.

How long will it take you to install a stairlift?
It normally takes about two hours to install a stairlift.
Stairlifts are fittted within 3-5 days of an order being placed. Next day fitting is available on request.
Can you install a lift on a curved staircase?
Yes. We can supply curved stairlifts and folding transfer platforms for staircases with turning steps.

How do I measure my staircase for one of your stairlifts?

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our stairlifts come with a one year parts and labour warranty.
Can you repair/service my existing stairlift?
Yes, we are happy to service and repair all types of stairlift.
Do you buy secondhand stairlifts?
Yes. We are always very interested to buy and remove used stairlifts that are no longer needed.

Do you have a VAT exempt declaration form?
Yes. If you are disabled and qualify for VAT exemption, please download, print and complete our VAT exempt declaration form. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration.

Do you have any references?
Stairlifts Today is a member of the Buy With Confidence Scheme. A requirement of this scheme is that our customers send feedback about our services to Kent County Council Trading Standards. A copy of our customer feedback from Trading Standards can be downloaded below. 25 out of 25 customers stated that they would reccomend us. 22 out of 25 customers were "v. satisfied" with the quality of work, level of service and value for money. The rest were "satisfied".
